Resolved

A release to the frontend dashboard caused pages to go in a loop affecting a subset of users with the certain features and privileges. These users were unable to load the site during this time. Our alerting systems caught the anomaly and we rolled back the change quickly.
We are trying to mitigate such incidents by ramping up our integration testing efforts, with the goal of testing all features against all possible user roles before every release.

Payment transactions and other functions within Airbase were not affected by this.
